It is an intermediate staffing model where a candidate is employed on a temporary basis with the intention of being converted to a permanent role after a defined evaluation period. PRN IT CORP’s Contract-to-Hire solutions give clients the option to hire candidates after an initial 3–6 month contractual period. During this engagement, clients have the opportunity to evaluate the candidate’s technical competencies as well as their on-the-job interpersonal and communication skills before making a long-term hiring decision.

Contract-to-Hire engagements are offered on an hourly bill rate for the contract period, which remains valid until the consultant transitions into regular employment with the company. In some cases, the arrangement may be governed by a minimum number of hours the consultant must complete as a PRN IT CORP consultant prior to conversion.
